Progress Report 4-27-09

Small update today folks. I finished the Pfhor Cyborg, but rather then show you it again, I’ll wait until I can get the other monsters done.

I’m now UV mapping the Juggernaut, after which I will texture it, and then finish the Hulk’s texture, then the bit left of the Trooper. Then I have to UV and texture the Bob.

Hi folks! First off, I have the flu, so I haven’t done as much work as I would have liked to do. However, I did manage to make a new and better texture for the cyborg, after losing my other one to some completely random Photoshop bug.

Here is a render my still very much WIP cyborg model/texture.

Progress Report 3-10-09

Many apoligies for the late update folks, it’s been a very busy week, and things got a bit out of hand.

Not a lot to talk about, but I did get the hardest model finished, the Pfhor Cyborg. What a pain, took me a whole week. :\

I’ll be spending this week tweaking maps and textures to work properly with the new GLSL based dim3 lighting. Screenshots of that later.

Hello everyone. No big progress report today, but I have got some cool stuff to show you, I probably don’t even need to explain what it is!

NOTE: Most of these models have already been UV mapped, and some have been textured, I show the mesh only for most, because the textures are mostly un-finished.

Many apologies for the late update folks. Not a whole lot to talk about today, but I did completely finish 1 new monster, and finished the model/UV for another. I also designed more Survival maps, and worked out some new game types.

Hello folks! Sorry for the late update, my work fell off my shelf, and buried me, and then it started leaking out of my computer and spilled all over my desk.

Today I have a couple of screens, aaaand you guessed it! A progress report! O.o

  • All netmaps have been completed. All that remains are bot paths, sounds, and tweaking.
  • Updated weapons, and fixed some bugs/added new features.
  • Got started doing some new animations for the player. (Not in bots just yet).
  • Tweaked bots.

  • Re-modeled, re-UV mapped, and re-textured the Thunderdome netmap.
